How it works
You need to register your details on the Mykash website by clicking on “Subscribe”. After you have completed the Voucher application you will receive your username and password via sms from Mykash giving you access to your Voucher. Existing customers will use their existing access details You will also receive an sms with The Mykash Voucher No immediately after activating your Voucher application by accepting the Terms and Conditions of the Voucher at your 1st login on your Mykash profile Vouchers can be redeemed via your Mykash profile by clicking on “REDEEM VOUCHER ”. You will receive an SMS indicating your following steps namely to contact the Nurse helpline with their contact number. Vouchers do not have to be redeemed for Telephone Advice only! You are required to request re-instatement of your Voucher by Mykash should the Advice from the Nurse not include visiting a nominated Doctor or Pharmacy. This request can be done on your Mykash Voucher Profile or email support@mykash.world Please note that you have access to the Nursing Helpline immediately after receipt of your 1st subscription fee. You also do not need to redeem a Voucher should you merely require telephone assistance. The Nurse helpline service would need to Activate the GP or Pharmacy Voucher. Your MYKASH VOUCHER NO must be used as reference when contacting the Nurse advice line. You will receive an authorization sms with an Authorization Voucher Code from Asterio Medical Insurance indicating the approved Doctor or Service. This Authorization Voucher must be used when making an appointment with the Doctor or Pharmacy selected.
