Instructions on how to obtain a MyKash Account
& FNB Visa Card

Step 1: Provide personal details to MyKash Agent

- Id Number
- Name & Surname
- Date of Birth
- Address
- Cell Number
- Beneficiary Details
- Signed Application Form

Step 2: Receive an SMS from MyKash that your Account has been registered

Your personal username and password will be sms’d to you by MYKASH.
You can then access your account via the internet by using this info at www.MyKash.co.za.
You will be asked to change your password when you enter the MYKASH website for the 1st time.
Important Note: Your Cell Number is also your Account Number

Step 3: Deposit R165 into your MyKash Account

You will then receive an SMS from MYKASH with instructions where to pay in the R165 registration fee.
This amount must then be deposited into your MyKash Account at any of the FNB ATMs or you can make payment via EFT as follows:

Step 4: Provide Proof of Deposit and FICA to the MyKash Agent

Ensure you obtain proof from the ATM or when performing an EFT when making the deposit. Ensure you have your ID book/Passport/Asylum Document as well as your Proof of Address(less than 3 months old) with you when providing the proof to the MyKash Agent

STEP 5: Receive your MyKash Card from the MyKash Agent

The MyKash Agent will then allocate a FNB Visa Card to you upon receipt of the above documentation (Step 4).
You will receive an SMS from MyKash that your Card has been allocated.
The Card together with the following information will be contained in the envelope handed to you by the Agent:

- Card Pin
- A Welcome Letter with relevant contact information and security tips
- Letter to your Employer indicating how to deposit your salary into your MyKash Account.

STEP 6: Activate your FNB Visa Card

Log into your MyKash account at www.mykash.world Read the Terms & Conditions of the Card, acknowledge and accept the following:

- The Terms & Conditions of the Card & Account
-The correctness of your Personal information captured on the system
- Report any discrepancies and or enquiries
